At CatfishNumr, we are committed to providing high-quality phone number lookup services designed to help users identify potential catfishers, scammers, and suspicious activity. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Completed Reports
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate data delivery, we do not offer refunds for completed searches or reports. Once a report has been generated and delivered, it is considered final.
2. Refunds on Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same lookup.
- You were charged without your consent due to a system error or billing mistake.
To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us at support@catfishnumr.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include your order details and an explanation of the issue.
3. Service Not Delivered
If, for any reason, your report was not generated or you did not receive access to the service you paid for, please notify us within 72 hours of purchase. We will either:
- Reprocess your search at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund if we cannot fulfill the service.
4. Subscription Cancellation
If you’re on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
5. Unsatisfactory Results
While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, results may vary based on data availability. We do not issue refunds for reports that return limited or no information, as this reflects the data linked to the number rather than a service failure.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account. We encourage users to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues.
